Decided that today was the day to take Dash on a quick ride around the Ojai Valley where we saw two sweet baby reindeer…well, just deer but it is Christmas. . Pimpzilla joined us for the trip and it was a beautifully windy day (of course).
The reason for the trip was to test the Delorme InReach against my SPOT. The two side by side actually had the Delorme besting my SPOT. It got more tracking points through and email/texts just flew to their designation. So, it would seem that the SPOT will be retired in May.
