Historic Rock Inn

Dash and I took a quick ride to Lake Hughes, CA to test out his handling now that he has new steering bearings.  I must say I was used to tossing Dash into a turn and now with these new bearings that doesn’t fly.  In fact if I ride as I have for the past 17,000 miles I will end up off the road in no time.  So the ride to Rock Inn was certainly slower and more tedious than the return ride.  After 100 miles I had the hang of Dash’s new fan-dangled steering and I felt much more comfortable.  Oh, and the new digital tach is a lot of fun and I’m getting the hang of increasing the RPMs which makes for a more spirited ride!  A few hundred more miles and I could grow to love my new riding skills (hope Dash hasn’t gotten lazy over the years from being babied….Dash!)
